AIS FORMAL IFTAR DINNERS

The AIS was pleased to have partnered with various organisations during this Ramadan to help bridge the gap between Muslims and the wider community. Such gatherings help Muslims overcome the isolation they feel and helps the wider community to overcome the prejudice and misunderstanding that occurs. These events are very social and interactive occasions that allows all participants to interact and learn from the personal experience of talking with one another.

This year’s large community Iftars included:

·         Mildura’s Community and Religious Leaders

·         B’nai Brith ADC and the Jewish Community
