Glimpses of Turkey 2008 (part III)

This annual event of the Australian Intercultural Society brought together past tour participants to talk about their experiences of AIS's Intercultural Study Tours to Turkey. The program was significantly informative especially for those who are attending the scheduled study tours this year or in the future and for those with in an interest in the region. The event took place at the head office of the AIS on the 21 September 2008. Previous tour participants came together with the new study tour group to exchange information. The AIS representatives also organized a mini education session in which guests had the opportunity to learn a few basic Turkish words. Guests also helped themselves to traditional Turkish food with refreshments.
