December 2009 is the Neighbourhood Day marked by the sharing of Noah's Pudding. Sharing Noah’s pudding is a symbolic representation of the unity and essential relationship of humans to one another and to their Creator. Preparing the Noah’s pudding is a common practice among Muslim and Christian peoples around the Mediterranean. During this significant period the AIS visited various organizations to share Noah's Pudding.

As part of the ongoing Muslim-Christian Dialogue project, the AIS once again organised Church visits during the Christmas period. Muslims from various regions of Melbourne visited the Anglican  and Catholic Cathedrals and Churches. The project aims to allow the Muslim community to get a better understanding of the Christian tradition through close interaction.
