EEON 4th Inclusion & Diversity Summit

AIS was proud to be a media partner for the 4th Equal Employment Opportunity Network (EEON) enabling inclusion and diversity summit at the RMIT Capitol Theatre in Melbourne on Wednesday 17th August. An important day of learning and reflecting on the various issues the DEI practitioners face on a regular basis. The EEON motto of Learn. Think. Do was well in train as attendees walked away with a lot of evidence based information on best practice and sensitivity points on a range of issues.

The summit showcased important topics opening with Conversations from the Heart, from Aboriginal and Torres Strat Islander voices. The spotlight was also put on Racial Equality and Antiracism with Glenn Singleton, Menopause and the workplace with Vanessa Giannos and a conversation was had on domestic violence and gendered violence with Maria Dimopoulos and Hala Abdelnour.

Conversation leads help facilitate discussions and guide attendees from their leaning moments to developing it to actions.

Thank you to all the speakers, conversation leads, partners who made this a successful event.
